• We will continue to offer services through telemedicine, if desired.

• All individuals scheduled for an office appointment will be asked screening questions  on the day of their appointment assessing their risk for COVID-19. Any patient screening positive will be rescheduled for a later date, when they no longer are at risk.

 

• All individuals entering our offices must be masked, to ensure safety for our patients. We will provide you a mask if you do not have one.​

 

• Unless necessary for care, we ask that no partners accompany patients to their office visit.

 

• Patient appointments will be spaced out through the day to allow time for a thorough cleaning and sanitation process.
