Where are you located?

Our office is located in the Rebalance Physical Therapy office at 319 Price Ave, Narberth, PA 19072.  Join our mailing list to be notified when our new office location is opening.

Do you accept insurance?

​

In order to give you the adequate time and attention you need, we do not accept insurance.

You can call the office to ask about visit pricing.

If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Can I use my HSA/FSA?

​

You can use your HSA/FSA debit card to pay for the visit or we can give you a special receipt to submit to your account for reimbursement. This may not apply to aesthetic services.
