Catherine McGinty FNP-BC

Catherine DeBow McGinty is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with speciality training in hormonal health, menopause and pelvic and sexual health.

​

She received her nursing degree at Villanova University and her Master of Science in Nursing at George Mason University. She started her nursing career as a Navy Nurse, providing orthopedic, surgical and emergency care in San Diego and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; and did one deployment in Kuwait supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.

​

After graduate school, she worked in primary care and has exclusively focused in the field of women’s health for nearly 10 years.

 

She has been a speaker on encorporating holistic health and complementary therapies in women's health practice and is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the Institute of Functional Medicine.

​

She lives with her family outside of Philadelphia and is known for being down to earth and good-humored.
